Epi's Newest Recipes: St. Patrick's Day Edition

Beer. That's the easy part when it comes to St. Patrick's Day planning. Recipes? That's a little tougher. But as luck (of the Irish!) would have it, we've got four new recipes that are up to the task.

We've got just over a week until we unearth our kelly-green Polos from the closet and pronounce (suddenly, but confidently) that our favorite beer is Guinness.

But nobody ever has trouble deciding what to drink on St. Patrick's Day. The question is: what do you want to eat?

Is the answer beef? And potatoes? From a slow cooker? Perfect.

Oh, wait, you want chicken? Fabulous. Epi's Chicken of the Month is tinged with all sorts of Irish accents—mostly in the form of braised, caraway-flavored cabbage.
